Sign Up Form

Sign-Ups are a go! You may make a minimum of three and a maximum of ten requests, with up to two relationships per request. (Relationships are defined as "Character & None," "Character A & Character B," or "Character A/Character B" and so on per the nominated tags.) You may offer a minimum of four and a maximum of ten offers, with up to five relationships per offer. You can link to a letter but please do not link to a placeholder letter or a locked letter. Letters that are not open by April 1st will not be listed on the letters spreadsheet.

Remember that there is a known bug in the AO3 software that will not show all tags during a sign up. If your tag does not autopopulate, you can copy and paste it directly from the tag set, which can be found here. Thanks to the tireless efforts of the other mods, we have these handy tools to navigate the 879 tags:

Sign-ups will go until 11:59 PM UTC next Tuesday, March 13th. I will put up a timer closer to the end. You may edit your sign-up until then.

Finally, please note that nominations were left open to incorporate the Rebels finale, and there are spoilers in the tag set! Assume there will be spoilers in the sign-ups.

Reminder: AO3 has a known bug where not all tags will populate the sign-up field when you are signing up for an exchange. If you do not see a tag you think should be there, first check the tag set. You may have to copy and paste the tag into the field manually. If you have any problems, please email the mods at maythe4thmod@gmail.com.

Sign ups are open!

You must request at least three characters or relationships from the nominated tag set. You may request up to six of each. You will be matched on at least one of your requests. You can link your Dear Yoda letter in your signup if you want. (Placeholder letters are discouraged.) You must indicate if you want to receive fic or art, or if you're open to both.

To facilitate the matching process, you must offer at least four characters AND four relationships (& or /) in your signup. You must also indicate if you're offering to create fanfic or fanart, or if you are offering both.

You will be able to edit your signup from now until 12:01AM UTC on February 21st.
