Assignments Sent!
All unmatchable participants have been matched, which means your assignment should be arriving in your inbox right now. If you don't see it, go to your AO3 dashboard and click the "My Assignments" link on the sidebar.
You are responsible for creating either one 500 minimum word fic or one 500 x 500 pixel piece of art on unlined paper based on one of your assigned recipient's requests, and avoiding their listed Do Not Wants. Assignments are due Friday, April 27th, at 11:59 PM UTC. I'll put up a counter closer to the time. Early default deadline is April 20th. The archive is open for submissions, but due to the AO3 anonymity bug, submissions will be moderated. Sorry for the hassle.
Tag your fanworks as you normally would. If you matched on "Character & None," you should only tag for the character's name. Extra treats may go into the main archive. Pinch hits will still be sent out for defaults, regardless of already-posted treats. Please tag all extra treats for other participants as "MayThe4th Treat."

All Requests
Post To Collection
We will be updating the Letters Spreadsheet as Dear Yoda letters come in. We will also make a Grab Bag post for those requests you didn't have enough slots for, or for people who didn't make it to sign up in time. Finally, keep an eye on this year's Initiate Trials in which we will try to make Bingo as a group.
EDIT TO CLARIFY: If your assignment says "Luke/Leia" and "Luke & Leia" for one of your recipient's requests, you only need to create a work for one of those relationships, or for another relationship they requested such as "Leia & None" even if you did not offer "Leia & None." You do not need to combine "Luke/Leia" and "Luke & Leia" in one work, or create separate fills for both. There are a maximum of two relationships per request to accommodate participants who wanted to request more than ten relationships, which is the maximum AO3 allows in a signup form.

Does that help?

The matching interface is very interesting if you ever decide to set up an exchange of your own!

Thank you for the explanation. Thank you for all the hard work! I figured it was something like this.
