Sorry for my being nitpicking as my usual self mods, maybe 00:01 UTC or 23:59 UTC are clearer times than midnight UTC. 'Midnight UTC' in my country means the end of the day instead of the beginning, so 24 hours earlier than the countdown is showing.

Thanks for the feedback! Honestly, if participants are encouraged to finish things such as signing up or turning in their assignments 24 hours sooner than they're due, that makes our lives a lot easier! The official dates and times are listed on the Collection Profile if there's any question about exact timing.
